We gather coffee from the different producer associations and blend them in the process plant, resulting in a fusión of the different flavors and aromas which are produced by the different altitudes, microclimates, sun, soils and varieties of Arabica coffee.

Produced by the Native Ashaninka Community of San Miguel, this coffee is grown under the guidance of the position of the new moon, crescent moon, full moon, and waning moon, with biodynamic fertilizer and pesticides produced under cosmic influence.

The harvest of mature coffee cherries, dried in the sun and then stored for seven months before final processing, resulting in a high quality coffee with a mild sweet taste.

Processed naturally in the digestive tract of the animal scientifically called ‘nasua nasua’. Once the cherries are ingested and later defecated, the whole beans are washed and dried, obtaining as a result a cup of coffee with a chocolaty and fruity taste, characterized as one of the most delicious, finest, and most expensive coffee on the planet.
9.- PEABERRY COFFEE
A coffee that develops at the end of the branches, receiving the most sunlight and rain water, this coffee does not receive enough of an element called boron and does not mature normally. Instead, the beans cannot be separated and receive praise for their high acidity.
